A detail-oriented finance professional responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization’s financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Support audit processes and tax filings
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions

Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA or in view) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience
• Experience in construction or real estate sector is an added advantage

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physical & Other Requirements
