    Accountant

    Responsibilties
    General Accounting:

    • Keep track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders and invoices.
    • Ensure that all purchase orders, vendor invoices obtain the required authorization and approval in line with company policies/procedures.
    • Manage vendors and contractors accounts and ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures.
    • Oversee prompt payment of vendors/contractors based on Standard Operating Procedure regarding payment policy
    • Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
    • Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries.

    Bookkeeping:

    • Post accounting transactions, journal entries into the accounting system.
    • Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules, ensuring the company has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.
    • Ensure the receipt of invoices, verification & record of transaction and direct expenses, ensuring it is in line with standard operating procedures.
    • Keep records of all receipts, invoices and tax payments.
    • Process all sales and expenses into Accounting system/software.
    • General ledger reconciliations.
    • Manage all account reconciliations.

    Financial and Regulatory Compliance:

    • Direct tax-related activities in accordance with the tax strategy to ensure the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives.
    • Evaluate activities, policies, practices, and transactions to ensure they comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Ensure all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
    • Advise on the legality and tax effectiveness of current and future business activities.
    • Prepare and submit tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports
    • Maintain tax records; and corresponding with external tax agencies or consultants.

    Qualification / Requirements

    • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting.
    • Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
    • Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Integrity and professionalism in handling financial data.

    Executive Assistant

    Job Description

    • The focus is on execution, growth, and building efficient systems across our different ventures.
    • The client is in need of a reliable and organized Executive Assistant to support the Creative Director with both business operations and personal responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the Creative Director’s calendar, inbox, and task follow-ups.
    • Coordinate meetings, travel, personal errands, and family logistics.
    • Run occasional personnel-related errands and handle basic team coordination.
    • Track project timelines and deliverables across all business areas.
    • Handle communication with vendors, clients, team members, and service providers.
    • Prepare basic reports, research summaries, and presentations.
    • Monitor expenses, receipts, and liaise with accountants.
    • Keep files, task lists, and business systems up to date and organized.

    Requirements

    • A BA / B.Sc Degree.
    • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Works with initiative and follows through without handholding.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and project management tools (e.g. Trello, Project co, Asana).
    • High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks across both business and personal duties.
