Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum First Degree (BSC/HND) in Accounting, Economics, or other relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role
• Proficiency with accounting software (working knowledge of QuickBooks will be an advantage)
• A professional qualification in Accounting and/or Finance is an added advantage e.g. ICAN, CFA, CIMA amongst others.

Skills:

• Ability to oversee financial and accounting operations
• Ability to interpret financial results and recommend process improvements
• Capacity to support strategic financial decision-making processes
• Skilled in preparing budgets and variance analysis
• Strong knowledge of compliance with Nigerian tax laws and accounting standards
• Effective management of cash flow forecasting and bank relationships
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of local accounting regulatory policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategy, in line with the overall corporate objective.
• Observe trends in the market and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies.
• Identify changes in the economic and business environment that may potentially warrant modifications to the business model.
• Responsible for managing relationships with customers.
• Grow sales revenue and market share across the designated region.
• Develop, support and maintain key relationships with individuals, external groups, partner organisations, influencers, local communities and other stakeholders.
• Follow up on all outstanding payments and ensure full payment of all sales within designated region.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Medical Science or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales of Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry (or a related field).
• Strong marketing and sales skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and sales planning ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients for Audit, Tax, Accounting, Advisory, Consulting, HR, and Training services.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, emails, and business visits.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and capability statements.
• Follow up on proposals and negotiations until deals are successfully closed.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to encourage repeat business and renewals.
• Submit weekly and monthly business development reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing.
• Experience in a professional services firm (Consulting, Audit, Tax, HR & Accounting Services) will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting audit engagements and ensuring that assignments are completed efficiently and in accordance with professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and execution of external audit engagements.
• Perform audit fieldwork, including testing of financial transactions and internal controls.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
• Identify audit issues and communicate findings to senior team members.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, auditing, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise professionally with clients during audit assignments.
• Support other assurance and advisory engagements as may be assigned.

Requirements
