    Accountant

    Requirements

    • B.Sc in Accounting
    • Must be Chartered
    • Must have worked in the manufacturing industry
    • Must be within 42 - 45 years of age

    Experience:

    • 10 - 12 years experience
    • Sound knowledge of different accounting principles
    • Knowledge of Accounting package/software e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho etc.
    • Excellent writing and Communication skills.
    • Sound Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft word .
    • Must possess Professional Membership of ICAN, ACCA or ICAEW.

    Job Requirements / Qualifications

    • The ideal candidates can preferably be an HND / B.Sc / holder in any related discipline.
    • Can be a Male or Female.
    • Working knowledge of any ERP like TALLY will be an added advantage.
    • MS Office knowledge is a must especially on MS EXCEL.

    Experience / Skills:

    • 2 - 3 years experience in store operation in pharmaceutical company
    • Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.

    Depot Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    Qualifications

    • HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles in a Manufacturing Company.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
    • Working knowledge of any ERP like TALLY will be an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
