    Accountant

    Location: Ota, and Sagamu, Ogun
    Employment Type: Full-time

    Job Summary

    • We are hiring an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate must be ICAN certified and capable of managing financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory control, and general accounting functions in a production-driven environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare financial statements and manage monthly/annual closing.
    • Handle cost accounting, inventory valuation, and stock reconciliations.
    • Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate ledgers.
    • Support budgeting, financial analysis, and cost reporting.
    • Ensure tax compliance (VAT, WHT, PAYE) and maintain audit-ready records.
    • Use accounting/ERP software to ensure accurate financial data management.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Accounting or Finance.
    • ICAN Certification (Mandatory).
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing company (Mandatory).
    • Strong knowledge of cost & inventory accounting.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, ERP).
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N350,000 / month.

    Senior Executive - Accounts

    Job Summary

    • The Senior Executive – Accounts will be responsible for overseeing key financial activities including MIS preparation, monthly closing, costing, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
    • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector and strong analytical skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze Monthly MIS reports for management decision-making.
    • Handle monthly closing activities with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Perform product costing, cost variance analysis, and cost control activities.
    • Maintain general ledger entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
    • Reconcile accounts, verify financial transactions, and ensure proper documentation.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal audit processes.
    • Liaise with operations, procurement, and other departments for financial alignment.
    • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and statutory requirements.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • ACA certification is mandatory.

    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

    Powder Processing Operator (Pharmaceutical)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Powder processing Operator to join our production team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining granulation equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate granulation machines and related equipment according to established procedures.
    • Monitor and control production parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
    • Perform batch preparations, including weighing, mixing, and drying of materials.
    • Maintain accurate production records and log sheets.
    • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas in compliance with GMP and safety standards.
    • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment or process issues.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to ensure optimal production efficiency.
    • Adhere strictly to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and company policies.

    Requirements

    • OND or HND in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
    • 3 –4  years of hands-on experience in granulation operations (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector).
    • Strong understanding of granulation principles, equipment operation, and GMP standards.
    • Good attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

    Salary
    N120,000 - N200,000 / month.

    Production Manager - Furniture

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ability to develop a detailed furniture and fittings production plan, coordinate production process, supervise available resources, and be able to deliver on pre-agreed terms, delivery timeframes, budget, quality, and scope.
    • Manage the production facility and production process. Ensure production process runs smoothly, safely, clearly, and meets production budget and goals.
    • Responsible for managing the furniture production, ensuring that all orders are executed to the Clients’ requirements.
    • Prepare a cutting list from the drawing and designs sent from the design architect for production.
    • Oversee and work with Quality Control to establish and execute quality control processes.
    • Knows how to use the CNC machine and its programs.
    • MUST know how to use production machines and hand tools.
    • Oversee the production process that includes cutting to measurements, edge taping, planning of boards, designing and finishing, drawing up a production schedule, and setting targets for carpenters, floor hands, machinists, and quality assistants.
    • Ensure that production is cost-effective.
    • Estimate costs and set quality standards.
    • Monitor our product standards and implement quality control programmes.
    • Work with management to implement the company’s policies and goals.

    Educational Qualifications

    • A Degree, MSc, in Architecture, Engineering, or Wood Technology.
    • Minimum of 5-8 years’ relevant work experience in a high-end furniture manufacturing company.
    • Experience in a Furniture factory is MANDATORY!
    • Certification in Furniture Production is an added advantage.
