This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja for an Accountant.
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and handling accounts payable and receivable.
Additional responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting with audits, and supporting financial forecasting and analysis.
Qualifications
Proficiency in accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
Experience in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, ERP, or similar platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Capability to prepare bank reconciliations and handle accounts payable/receivable
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAN) are a plus
Minimum of 2 experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
