Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Ikeja for an Accountant.
• The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Additional responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, assisting with audits, and supporting financial forecasting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Experience in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, ERP, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Capability to prepare bank reconciliations and handle accounts payable/receivable
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ICAN) are a plus
• Minimum of 2 experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous
