    Account Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Account Officers keep precise records of incoming and outgoing receipts and payments for the company.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    •  Account Officer records and maintain accurate inventory records of all goods received and stored stocks.
    • He regularly monitored inventory levels to ensure that re-order levels are met and maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer's demand.
    • Collaborating with traders, brokers or other internal stakeholders to coordinate the transfer or delivery of the roofing sheets.
    • He conducts regular stock checks and audits to reconcile physical stocks with recorded inventory, identify discrepancies and investigate any inventory variances.
    • He maintain a clean and organized store/warehouse and ensuring proper documentation/labelling of all the stored goods.
    • He collaborate with finance and accounting departments to provide accurate and timely data for tracking and reporting purposes such as inventory valuation or stock movement.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • Bsc/HND in Accounting or finance related courses.
    • 2-5 Years of experience in trading and supply chain industry.
    • Professional qualification is an added advantage.

    IT Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    The IT Officer is responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, managing IT assets and documentation, ensuring compliance with security policies, implementing data backups for business continuity, and providing training and support to users.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Assist with Installing, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s hardware, software, and other IT equipment such as printers, scanners, switches, access control, and routers.
    • Assist in the documentation of IT Assets including but not limited to technical processes and procedures, create reports, and maintain accurate records of IT activities.
    • Work in compliance with policies and procedures; enforcing I.T. security policies and procedures, monitoring for breaches, and providing solutions to mitigate risks
    • Create and manage backups of data to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster or system failure.
    • Provide training and support to users to help them better understand and utilize IT systems and equipment.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of  2yrs experience.
    • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
    • I.T. Certifications will be an added advantage.
    • Some technical background in hardware and software installation, networking, and firewall.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical colleagues
    • Good technical background with knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, cloud-based SaaS, Third-party applications, and networking.

    Stock Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Store keeper is responsible for managing and overseeing the storage and inventory of physical goods. His primary role is to ensure that the stocks are well organised, accounted for and readily available for sale.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Receiving & inspecting incoming shipments of the Aluzinc roofing sheets.
    • Recording and maintaining accurate inventory records of all received and stored stocks.
    • Labelling and categorization of the roofing sheets by colours, size and gauges.
    • Implementing proper storage techniques to maintain quality and conditions of the goods.
    • Regularly monitoring inventory levels to ensure that reorder levels are met and maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer's demand.
    • Collaborating with traders, brokers or other internal stakeholders to coordinate the transfer or delivery of the roofing sheets.

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • BSC/HND
    • 2-5 Years experience in store & inventory management.
