Job Description

• Manage and retain assigned insurance accounts.
• Handle policy inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and updates.
• Track expiries, follow up on premiums, and protect revenue.
• Engage clients to improve retention and identify upsell opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Analyze existing client portfolios to identify gaps and sell additional products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new NAICOM regulations.
• Actively market and sell insurance products to new and existing clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and repeat business.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of progressive experience with at least in brokerage or insurance industry.
• Knowledge of insurance documentation and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Strong strategic planning, networking, and leadership capabilities.
