Job Description

• Responsibility for delivering accurate and timely first draft & final management accounts, including both profit and loss reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
• In charge of the Purchase Order process
• Review weekly supplier payment runs, process payments according to vendors' agreements, Group payment policy
• Raise invoices
• Analysis and reconciliations
• Process and send invoices and statements
• Makes and checks necessary calculations
• Answers inquiries regarding work being performed⁠
• Prepares or checks invoices, requisitions and other documents for processing:
• encodes and obtains approval when necessary
• Compiles routine numerical information for report purposes by hand or hy running routine recuring reports on internal computer records
• Perform clerical duties such as sorting mail, filling and typing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain / troubleshoot office equipment
• Ensure clients, candidates and other visitors experience a professional, welcoming and friendly reception, both in person and on the phone
• Handling phone calls and transferring accordingly
• Answering all incoming general phone calls and providing administrative
• Setting up client meetings (prospects, consultants, current clients)
• Other administrative/clerical duties as needed
• Answer a multi-line phone and route calls to appropriate people
• Greet guests in a professional manner when they arrive
• Sign for and log in all incoming UPS/Fedex/DHL packages and certified mail
• Route calls accordingly.

Requirements

• 2 - 1 year of previous experience in a Receptionist
• Close proximity to Anthony Bus Stop is an added advantage.
