INNOVATION
Our job centres on problem solving and in approaching our assignments, we go with a mind set that says that nothing is impossible, fully affirming the dictum: Nothing ventured, Nothing gained. We are empowered by the realization that the thinking required to solve a problem must be at a higher level than the thinking that created it. We usually look at all sides of the issue and problems but go further. Many times, we go out of the box to find how to fix the box. In our work with our clients, we encourage them to delete some words like 'CAN NOT' and 'IMPOSSIBLE' from their vocabulary because we have long deleted them from our own dictionary. We give our consultants and staff space for initiative and hear out every suggestion and thought before we classify them. By the way, we have deleted the 'FOOLISH' or 'STUPID' categories from our nomenclature, because we found out that some of the ideas that finally resolved our clients' challenges were first and prematurely categorized as 'Stupid'! Every day, we mull our assignment and keep our eyes, ears and minds open, relentlessly busy until we receive the resolution, sometimes as a revelation, of challenges at stake.
PASSION
We have an innate motivation that always galvanizes us into action. We believe that we have a unique calling to assist individuals and organizations to solve their problems. We derive fulfillment in accomplishing this task and so approach our assignments with passion. This passion drives us and keeps us focused on the task until it is accomplished, finding ways to navigate obstacles and deterrents. We strongly believe that with Vision, Plan and Passion, virtually every objective will be achieved.
FEAR OF GOD
In StarTeam Consult, we strongly believe that we were created by the Almighty God and that the talents and skills that we have were given to us by Him. We therefore give Him reverence and wish to do ONLY THE THINGS THAT WILL PLEASE HIM. We also believe that we shall be accountable to Him for all our actions. Thus we approach our assignment in an ethical and honest manner. We abhor all forms of evil and do our utmost to build goodwill and create decent relationship with our clients and stakeholders.
