Pros: My major reason to work with Rosabon Finance services is because of her network coverage, I always wish to work in a Finance company that has a large network like RENMONEY where I lost my job due to her workers layoff, because I have a very large network of customers across the country.
So that I will be able to meet up with my large customers base.I don't want to loose any of them due to not within her network coverage on like other competitors.
Cons: One of the downside is the incentives for the sales team.
