The company metamorphosed into IEI-Anchor Pension Managers Limited in December 2008 with the acquisition of seventy percent equity by International Energy Insurance Plc (IEI) with the approval of the National Pension Commission (PENCOM). With the recent recapitalization of Licensed Pension Fund Administrators, IEI-ANCHOR has an authorized share capital of Two Billion Naira,Two Hundred and Twenty_Two Million Naira (N2, 222,000,000:00) only, all fully paid up.
