Pros: Engender health /fistula care project: are into treating women who are leaking urine because of prolong labor and it become vvf. I enjoy working with engender health. I have travelled to about 26 states in Nigeria because of fistula work.
Cons: The disadvantage of working with engender health is contract job is not a permanent job, they renew contract after 5years. I am looking for a permanent job without renewal worked and retired.
