Pros: You'd end up learning a lot. A month's experience here is almost priceless. You may not have enough time to do your own research, but as an entry level employee, you'd endup learning more than you bargained for.
Cons: Micro managing is at its peak here. No protection for staff. Staff are recycled on the regular. Management shirks from paying pension and tax despite deductions. Almost a dictatorial and hostile work environment.
