Youth Coordinator at Eden Solutions and Resources

Our Client a Christian Faith Based NGO located in Abuja is looking to recruit professional, experienced and self-motivated staff for their Abuja Operations.

Key Role: To provide administrative support for the execution and reporting of Youth based programs for the relevant arms of Faith Based NGO

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to all youth-based activities.
• Mobilize Youths by penetrating tertiary institution
• Carry out creative researches on current youth trend, activities, programs, habits, and interests, for Pan-Africa, National and Regionally.
• Lead the youth-based programs through the provision of skills acquisition, empowerment, and counselling programs
• Update the following Social Media pages on a daily basis;
• Hire and train staff to promote youth programs.
• Supervise everyday activities and prepare reports for same.
• Analyse youth requirements, develop programs and identify resources for same.
• Coordinate with various teams to meet all youth requirements.
• Design and execute programs and ensure inclusion of various recreation and sports activities.
• Provide an interface between community partners and customers.
• Evaluate program activities and implement it to achieve all objectives.
• Prepare a schedule of programs and ensure maximum results.
• Schedule various training activities and authorize staff to design development activities.
• Administer projects and ensure compliance to all Federal, state and local regulations.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management of FAITH BASED NGO

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree’s degree in Social Sciences, Health, social sciences, gender, international development, development economics or another related fields. Master’s degree will be a plus.
• Strong technical and programmatic skills and experience across a range of issues and topics.
• Experience in youth development programs
• Experience working with Christian religious leaders
