Workshop Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing of construction equipment, trucks, and trailers.
- Manage workshop operations and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Supervise and train technicians, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Control costs, manage budgets, and prepare performance reports.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Eng Degree
- 15+ years of experience as a Workshop Manager in construction.
- Strong technical expertise in equipment and vehicle repairs.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Salary
