    Accountant

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage and oversee daily financial operations
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial reports, maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. 
    • This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers
    • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Support internal and external audits
    • Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures
    • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
    • Stay up-to-date with current accounting regulations and best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
    • ICAN,ACA,CFA or equivalent certification
    • Proven experience as an accountant or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
    • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Workshop Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and servicing of construction equipment, trucks, and trailers.
    • Manage workshop operations and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
    • Supervise and train technicians, ensuring safety and efficiency.
    • Control costs, manage budgets, and prepare performance reports.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Eng Degree
    • 15+ years of experience as a Workshop Manager in construction.
    • Strong technical expertise in equipment and vehicle repairs.
    • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

    Salary
