Wells QA / QC Engineer at Transtidal Energy Limited

Job Description

• The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
• Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project
• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
• Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
• Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
• coordinate quality steering committee meetings
• Prepare and control project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities and report to the drilling supervisor
• Coordinate all quality related performance with drilling activity and report same to the drilling management team.
• Control all achieved documentation upon the completion drilling and completion project
• Liaises with Drilling & Wells teams, and other relevant entities and Contractors to ensure optimization of Management, Inspection, QA/QC and well equipment preparation.
• Maintain synergy with the mobilisation team (supervisors and support staff) to complement the QA/QC Inspection, Validation, issuance and receipt of company and contractor/3rd party equipment / Materials
• Implement quality practices and processes in service centre work delivery
• Check and complete Quality Inspection Checklists as work progresses
• Carry out receiving inspection of all third party materials supplied to the drilling inventory
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to Quality Control aspects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any Science and Social Scienece discipline
• Clear knowledge of Equipment audit
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
