The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
Monitor all quality related activities on the project
Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
coordinate quality steering committee meetings
Prepare and control project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
Coordinate all QA/QC activities and report to the drilling supervisor
Coordinate all quality related performance with drilling activity and report same to the drilling management team.
Control all achieved documentation upon the completion drilling and completion project
Liaises with Drilling & Wells teams, and other relevant entities and Contractors to ensure optimization of Management, Inspection, QA/QC and well equipment preparation.
Maintain synergy with the mobilisation team (supervisors and support staff) to complement the QA/QC Inspection, Validation, issuance and receipt of company and contractor/3rd party equipment / Materials
Implement quality practices and processes in service centre work delivery
Check and complete Quality Inspection Checklists as work progresses
Carry out receiving inspection of all third party materials supplied to the drilling inventory
Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to Quality Control aspects.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any Science and Social Scienece discipline
