    Welder

    Qualifications and Requirements 

    • Minimum of SSCE, Trade Test Certificate, or relevant technical training in welding or metal fabrication
    • Proven experience (minimum 2–3 years) as a welder in construction, manufacturing, or related industries
    • Proficiency in arc, MIG, TIG, and/or gas welding techniques
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
    • Strong knowledge of welding safety protocols and procedures
    • Physical strength and stamina for handling heavy materials and working in various positions
