Weekend Customer Care Officer

- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
We are in need of an experience female customer service officer who will be shadowed with the responsibility of handling and managing the weekend booking and schedules.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties;
- Receives booking from head customer service advisor.
- Handling calls
- Billings of clients
- Taking proper records
- Filling of all notes and ensuring the drivers sign for Money received and Fuel purchased.
- Transferring all bookings to a note book and handing it over to the operations/ marketing manager.
Weekend Customer advisor will report to work on Friday by 12pm, 8:00am Saturday, 12 pm on Sunday and come to hand over on Monday morning.
