Website Manager at People Capacity Management

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced website manager with a strong tech background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of the website, ensuring that the website meets the needs of the business, aligns with branding guidelines, and delivers an optimal user experience

Responsibilities:

• Align the website with the organization's brand, strategy and standards.
• Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website
• Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
• Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
• Develop website content to support organizational goals and strategies
• Assist with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts Manage pay-per-click and SEO campaigns
• Create strategies to improve website traffic and improve user experience
• Updating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript regularly.
• Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations
• Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
• 4 years experience in product-oriented roles preferably with website management experience in the hospitality industry
• Must be conversant with relevant software such as shopify.
• Knowledge of Web Development, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
