As the Wealth Advisory Lead, you will be responsible for leading the wealth advisory team, driving assets under management (AUM) growth, managing high-value investor relationships, and executing client acquisition strategies to support business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Wealth Advisory team to achieve individual and collective AUM growth targets
Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors while driving client acquisition initiatives
Develop and implement investor engagement strategies, referral programs, and wealth management solutions
Monitor team performance, pipeline activities, and AUM growth while providing regular reports to executive management
Ensure compliance with KYC requirements, SEC regulations, and internal governance standards
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CFA, CISI, or other relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years' experience in wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, asset management, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building and managing a significant Assets Under Management (AUM) portfolio
Strong knowledge of investment products, capital markets, fixed income instruments, and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, relationship management, business development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
