Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Elevate AUM Growth:

• Champion initiatives to substantially increase Assets Under Management through strategic expansion and meticulous client retention.

Target Achievement:

• Excel in reaching specified income targets and surpassing essential Key Performance Indicators for sustained success.

Client Profiling Excellence:

• Employ expert techniques to understand the unique financial landscapes of prospects and clients, delivering bespoke advisory solutions.

Strategic Relationship Development:

• Proactively develop and nurture key business relationships, identifying new avenues for client engagement and growth.

Financial Advisory Expertise:

• Provide top-tier financial planning, wealth management, and investment advisory services, ensuring client aspirations are met and exceeded.

Innovative Marketing Leadership:

• Craft and execute groundbreaking marketing strategies to broaden the client base, encompassing both retail and institutional sectors.

Business Initiative Stewardship:

• Lead the successful implementation of strategic business projects, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to refine and augment our product and service suite.

Analytical Strategy Formulation:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses to formulate financial strategies that are in perfect harmony with our clients' investment objectives.

Job Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree from a distinguished higher education institution in any field.
• Additional professional certifications are highly valued.

Experience:

• Preferred candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of business development experience in investment/wealth and funds management.
• Proven experience in Investment and Financial Assets Management.
• Understanding of Asset Management products and services.
• Adequate experience in various financial products - shares, bonds, treasury bills etc.
• Registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission is an added advantage.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen.
