About the job

• Ensure all timely execution of all requests and feedback to stakeholder
• Monitor an approved Internal Orders/purchase requisition and ensure they are serviced promptly
• Collates all approved Purchase orders and documents in procurement logbook
• Keep up to date procurement information on all transactions
• Monitors all orders and ensures complete delivery and reports any incomplete transaction
• Initiate tendering process for all approved internal order / requests
• Analyze and deliver all approved tenders
• Keep track of all price gains or loss on all items to support decision-making
• Ensure that all vendors receive all approved Purchase Orders accordingly
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager
• Carries out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
• Carries out any other duty assigned by Supervisor

Requirements
 

• A university degree /HND in any of the social sciences, arts, sciences, accounting or any relevant discipline
• Professional certificate will be an added advantage
• 3 year experience in Procurement function
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
