Warehouse Supervisor at Services Afri 9in Limited

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will have proven retail warehouse management experience and be responsible for inventory control and maintaining efficient warehouse processes and records.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring all round availability of merchandise, materials and supplies
• Recording stock entries and exits
• Managing vendors and purchase orders; implementing FIFO (First In, First Out) or LIFO (Last In, First Out) practices for inventory
• Conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies
• Monitoring material usage to minimize losses and reduce production costs.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software will be an advantage.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends.
