Warehouse Supervisor at Pack'N'Pay

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Abuja. This role involves supervising inventory movement, packaging customer orders for delivery, and coordinating the activities of loaders and warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, safety, and timely dispatch.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, efficient, and capable of leading a small team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Oversee the packaging of customer orders and ensure they are accurate, well-labeled, and ready for timely delivery
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of loaders and warehouse assistants
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse layout for easy product retrieval
• Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound inventory
• Implement inventory checks and support cycle counting activities
• Work closely with the inventory and sales teams to avoid stock discrepancies
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed in the warehouse
• Prepare daily reports on warehouse operations and stock movement
• Handle minor logistics coordination for deliveries where needed

Requirements:

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or storekeeping
• Previous experience supervising loaders or warehouse assistants is a strong advantage
• Must be able to read product labels and manage physical work (standing, lifting, packaging, etc.)
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse practices
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and time management skills
