Job description.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch); receiving and storing shipments from suppliers. 
• Managing inventory accuracy rate. 
• Picking and packing orders for branches or walk-in customers. 
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, compliance with safety standards.
• Conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies. 
• Assisting with order fulfillment and shipping processes (order fulfillment speed and accuracy). 
• Reduction in stock discrepancies/damages by maintaining accurate inventory records and conduct audits.
• Implementing safety protocols, such as proper storage and handling procedures. 
• Adhering to regulations and standards for device storage and distribution, etc.
•  Ensure timely distribution of devices and accessories to nationwide branches. 
• Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff.

In conclusion, he or she would be Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and disbursing products or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the staff. Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees and goods. Their work ensures that goods are properly stored, handled, and delivered to branches/customers in a timely and safe manner.

Requirements.

• Should possess B.Sc or HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Possess expert knowledge of Microsoft office packages, ERP or FOCUS software.
• Must be punctual and detailed.
• Candidates should not be above 35 years of age.
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics supervisory role.
