Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site position located on Lagos Mainland for a Warehouse Sales Manager.
• The role involves managing the sales activities related to the warehouse operations, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing revenue growth, coordinating with operations teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and monitoring industry trends to stay competitive.
• The role requires strong leadership to manage the sales team and drive overall business expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and customer relationship management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain solutions, and freight forwarding
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective sales plans
• Leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and sales management software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is highly preferred
