    Warehouse Officer

    Key Responsibilities
    The successful candidate will among others do the following:

    • Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution of stock.
    • Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
    • Ensure stock positioning pan Nigeria.
    • Compilation and submission of daily/weekly reports.
    • Conduct regular stock taking exercise.
    • Perform daily stock reconciliation on Sage Accounting Package.
    • Develop initiatives to improve existing warehouse processes.
    • Analyze risk assessment reports to determine hazards.
    • Evaluate solutions to optimize space, cost, and efficiency.
    • Maintain standards of health, safety, environment and security.
    • Prepare annual budget.
    • Assist in Fundraising and Bible Distribution activities.
    • Perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time.

    Personnel Specifications
    The candidate must:

    • Have a Minimum of three (3) years of cognate experience with at least two as an officer.
    • Have a Higher National Diploma or First Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
    • Be proficient in the use of Sage Accounting Package, PowerPoint, Excel
    • ACA, ACCA will be an added advantage
    • Have proven Christian experience and proven integrity.
    • Have good reporting/presentation skills.
    • Be willing to learn and ability to work as a team player.
    • Be flexible, not easily provoked, sociable and always hungry for and delivering timely results
