Responsibilties

• Greet guests politely and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve meals and drinks to guests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained during service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or special requests.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next service.
• Assist with room service and banquet events when needed.
• Handle guest bills and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area at all times.
• Follow hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND or HND qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
