    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND qualification
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (experience in the restaurant industry is a plus).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
