Description

• We are seeking a friendly, professional, and attentive Waitress to join our team.
• The Waitress will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing fast, efficient, and courteous service.
• She will take orders, serve food and drinks, handle payments, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• In a lounge/club setting, the Waitress is also expected to engage customers in a lively but professional manner, upsell menu items, and maintain awareness of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers warmly, presenting menus and making recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently while ensuring excellent presentation.
• Check in with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Upsell food, drinks, and special promotions to maximize sales.
• Handle billing, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Clear tables, reset seating areas, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Work closely with other staff (bartenders, kitchen, hosts) to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE / High School Certificate (higher qualifications are a plus).
• Prior experience as a Waitress/Server in a restaurant, lounge, or club (preferred but not always required).
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and lounge/club drink menus is an added advantage.
• Must be at least 18 years old (due to alcohol service requirements).
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.
