RESPONSIBILITIES

Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bills. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role. If you can perform well in fast-paced environments, we’d like to meet you.

Other duties include the following:

• Greet, present menu, and provide detailed information to customers.
• Prepare tables, ensure the restaurant/lounge and public areas are clean daily.
• Inform customers about the day’s specials, promos and others offers
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order notes or by memorization.
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff/Chefs
• Serve food and drink orders in the appropriate temperature

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of OND in any discipline.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or lounge.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Applicant should be presentable.
