Job Description

• To provide excellent customer service and present a positive image to all Customers
• To wear the correct uniform and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene
• To prepare the restaurant for service daily following established guidelines
• To learn and retain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items and be familiar with current promotions and any new products
• To greet customers and show them to their seats.
• To present menu items to customers and take their food and drinks orders
• To ensure table is set and food is arranged in an appetizing manner before presenting food to customers
• To deliver drinks and food orders to tables
• To remove empty dishes and clean tables after customers have finished meals / drinks
• To prepare customers bill and receive payment
• To account for payment received from the customer at the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / S.S.C.E qualification.
• Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years working experience in a continental restaurant.
