Job Description: We are looking for hardworking and decent Waiters and Waitresses for our client in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide the perfect service experience for every Guest

• Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurants

• Adhere to timing standards for products and services

• Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage

• Serve the Guest in an accommodating manner

• Must know all food liquor, beer, wine and retail offered

• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe

• Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed

• Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures

• Report for duty on time and in proper uniform

Job Requirements:

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills

• O’Level/OND, NCE, HND, BSc. qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is an advantage

• Ability to handle cash transactions

• Ability to consolidate and coordinate needs for all tables within their station

• Ability to carry food and beverages

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills
