Waiter / Waitress at Maison Fahrenheit

Job Description:

• Maison Fahrenheit Hotel is looking for a professional and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hotel industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly manner
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide detailed information on menus and make recommendations when needed
• Ensure tables are clean and presentable at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments promptly
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
• Assist with setting up and closing the dining area

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
• Must be physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting trays
