Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests warmly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
• Present menus, take accurate food and drink orders, and deliver them promptly
• Monitor tables to anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
• Handle billing, process payments accurately, and issue receipts where necessary
• Maintain composure and excellent service even during high-pressure hours.

Requirements & Skills

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart appearance and well-groomed presentation
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork ability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evening, and weekend work environment
• Resides within or close to Lekki is an added advantage.
