Responsibilities
- Deliver food and drink orders
- Serving meals
- Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Customer service
- Presenting the bill
- Serve customers in an accommodating manner
- Communicating them effectively to the kitchen
- Greet customers and present menus
- Greeting and seating guests
- Present menus to customers
- Arrange table settings
- Clean off tables
- Collect payments
- Following food safety regulations
- Greeting and seating customers
- Informing customers of daily specials
- Lead customers to their tables
- Maintain hygiene standards
- Taking orders accurately
- Use of pos ordering software
- Bussing and resetting tables
- Care about customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO
- Experience: Min: 1 - Max: 3.
