Job Description

• Count all bank slipsat the beginning and endof shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Answer customer inquirieson products
• Close out register and ensure the receipt records and amount collected balance
• Support other front line staff
• Prepare the bill that itemizes total meal costs and sales taxes
• Establish relationships for customer confidence.
• Attend and respond to the customers,requests promptly and professionally
• Complete the routine of outlet-opening, duties during shift handover, and closing at night
• Process customer orders and record them in the database.
• Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
• Accept POS or Transfer
• Place orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
• Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 7 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / month.
