This is a full-time hybrid Vulnerability and Penetration Tester role located in Lagos, but some work from home is acceptable.
The Vulnerability and Penetration Tester will be responsible for conducting security assessments and penetration testing on Eko Electricity Distribution networks and applications.
This role will also be responsible for performing vulnerability scanning and security testing of information systems and applications and reporting on security risks and vulnerabilities to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related field with relevant work experience
Experience in conducting penetration testing and vulnerability assessments on IT systems and networks
In-depth knowledge of security testing tools such as Metasploit, Nessus and Nmap
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as OWASP, CIS and NIST
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with different departments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification is a plus
