To design and distribute engaging, informative, and visually cohesive email campaigns that keep the Rec Room Wellness’ community informed, inspired, and connected.
Expectations
Responsible for 4 emails per month (minimum), with flexibility to add additional campaigns as needed
Attend monthly strategy meetings and required check-ins
Report to Communications and Content Lead
Ensure all content aligns with Rec Room’s voice, accessibility standards, and visual identity
Responsibilities
Draft and schedule weekly email newsletters featuring upcoming events, blog posts, session recaps, and wellness tips
Collaborate with the content and community teams to align messaging and timing
