The Junior Visual Designer will support the design team in creating graphics, animations, and user interface elements that bring Divest’s brand to life. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including marketing assets, motion graphics, product visuals, and social media campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative designer early in their career to gain hands-on experience in fintech, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and grow into a well-rounded visual designer.
Job Expectations
Assist in designing marketing materials, digital ads, social media content, and product visuals.
Create simple animations and motion graphics using tools such as After Effects or LottieFiles.
Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
Support the product and design team in creating and refining UI elements in Figma.
Translate design concepts into simple, user-friendly visuals.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver creative assets on time.
Participate in brainstorming and feedback sessions to improve design quality.
Contribute fresh, creative ideas to strengthen Divest’s visual identity.
Critical Competencies
2–4 years of experience in graphic and motion design.
Basic knowledge of Product Design principles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Basic understanding of Figma, LottieFiles, or other adjacent micro animations.
Strong grasp of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in fintech or crypto is a plus (but not required).
