  • Virtual Assistant to the Founder

    Location: Fully remote (Nigeria-based) with occasional in-person meetings (advance notice provided)
    Compensation: NGN 100,000 per month; Data Support will be provided 

    You’ll serve as Personal Assistant to the Founder across both ventures—supporting Alure’s e-commerce and community growth, while also contributing to Lusterquest’s program delivery and stakeholder coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    Alure (Perfumes & Online Community)

    • Product Imagery Management:
      • Upload, organize and optimize product photos on the website
      • Coordinate with the Founder on any design needs
    • Caption & Copywriting:
      • Conduct intuitive, research-based caption writing that aligns with brand voice
    • Social Media & Community Growth:
      • Grow and engage Alure’s communities on WhatsApp Broadcast, Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook
      • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar
      • Generate, schedule and publish posts across channels
      • Monitor comments/messages and drive two-way engagement

    Lusterquest (Social Impact Consultancy)

    • Conversation & Task Management:
      • Oversee discussions in Lusterquest-related communities
      • Ensure team members deliver on agreed tasks and deadlines
    • Program Support:
      • Assist with coordinating virtual events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
      • Track action items and follow up with partners

    Executive & Administrative Support

    • Personal Assistance:
      • Prepare briefs, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes
    • Ad Hoc Projects:
      • Research industry trends, compile reports, and support other business needs as they arise

    Mandatory Requirements

    • Applicants must own a personal laptop and smartphone to effectively perform remote tasks.
    • Stable internet access and a reliable work environment are also required.

    Qualifications

    • 1–2 years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant or Community Manager
    • Proven track record growing and moderating online communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram & Facebook)
    • Strong copywriting and research skills—able to craft audience-focused captions
    • Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
    • Discreet, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality work

    What We Offer

    • Monthly retainer: NGN 100,000
