Videographer at Emerging Homeland Development Company Limited

Job Summary

• The Videographer will be responsible for creating high-quality video content to showcase the Emerging Homeland Development Company projects, events, off-site activities etc.This role will involve planning, filming, and editing videos to capture the essence of our projects and company that will attract potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts, compelling narratives that highlight the unique features and benefits of each project..
• Schedule and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured. This includes utilizing various camera angles, lighting techniques, and sound equipment.
• Edit raw footage to create polished and engaging videos, incorporating appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics.
• Ensure videos meet copyright and technical specifications for various platforms
• Maintain and care for all video production equipment, including cameras, lenses, microphones etc.
• Work closely with the marketing team, architects, sales and other stakeholders to ensure that videos accurately reflect the company's brand and vision.

Qualifications and Skill

• 2-4 years experience as a videographer, editor in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including cinematography, lighting, and sound.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects).
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Creative, innovative mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Portfolio of previous video work demonstrating skills and abilities.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel to project sites for filming.
