Role Overview

The Videographer will produce compelling video content, including brand stories, product showcases, social media reels, and event coverage. This role involves the entire video production process from planning, shooting, and editing to final delivery. The Videographer ensures that all video content aligns with Crescita Solutions’ branding and client campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and deliver video content for digital platforms and client campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop storyboards and scripts.
• Manage video equipment, lighting, and sound recording.
• Edit videos with motion graphics, music, and color grading to create polished outputs.
• Stay ahead of trends in short-form video, reels, and ad storytelling.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven videography experience across different formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and video composition.
• Knowledge of social media video trends and ad performance best practices.
• Degree or training in Film, Media, or Visual Communication is a plus.
