Job Description

• We seek a talented Video Editor and Videographer to drive audio-visual storytelling and brand growth across CapitalSage Holdings. This role involves capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos that align with our marketing and communication goals.

Key Duties:

• Be a master storyteller via audio-visual content
• Capture high-quality video footage for various platforms.
• Edit video content to meet project specifications and length.
• Handle and organize raw and edited video files.
• Export videos and facilitate their distribution across mobile and web.
•  Work with production and marketing teams to align on project goals.
• Maintain and operate modern video equipment.
•  Implement creative ideas to enhance video content.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of videos.
• Stay updated with video editing and production best practices.
• ​Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor and Videographer.
• Possesses extremely high video editing and manipulation competence
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
• Strong understanding of timing, motivation, and continuity.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
• Excellent storytelling and creative skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work with multi-track split audio.Degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field preferred.
