We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice Principal Academics who will also take on a teaching role within our secondary school.
As the Vice Principal Academics, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership to the academic team and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and comprehensive educational program.
In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you will actively engage in teaching to maintain a direct connection with students and support their academic growth.
Reporting to the School Principal, you will play a vital role in fostering an environment conducive to learning and personal development.
Requirements
Degree in Education or a relevant subject area.
Proven experience as an academic leader, preferably as a Vice Principal or in a similar capacity.
A teaching certification and a strong track record of effective teaching at the secondary level.
Knowledge of curriculum development, assessment techniques, and educational best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and support teachers in their professional growth.
Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to use data to inform instructional decisions.
