Job Summary
- Our client seeks a visionary VP, Talent Management to lead enterprise-wide strategies around leadership development, succession planning, performance management, DEI, and workforce planning.
- This executive role partners with senior leadership to shape a high-performing and future-ready organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee leadership development and succession planning.
- Drive performance management frameworks and employee engagement.
- Integrate DEI into all talent initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
- Manage change initiatives and support organizational agility.
- Analyze talent metrics to guide decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years in HR/talent roles, 5+ in executive leadership.
- Proven success in talent strategy, leadership dev, and change management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder influence, and analytical skills.
