Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Veterinarian/Manager to oversee the health and well-being of livestock, manage veterinary operations, and implement comprehensive animal health programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to animal care, and extensive experience in animal health management.

Key Responsibilities
Animal Health Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive health programs to ensure the well-being of livestock.
• Conduct routine health checks, diagnose issues, and administer treatments as needed.

Operations and Staff Management:

• Oversee daily veterinary operations and manage veterinary staff effectively.
• Provide training and support to staff on animal care, health protocols, and treatment procedures.

Compliance and Records Management:

• Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed health, treatment, and compliance records.

Communication and Problem-Solving:

• Collaborate with management and staff to address animal health challenges.
• Provide expert advice and actionable solutions for improved livestock management.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
• Experience: Extensive experience in animal health management, preferably in a commercial or agricultural setting.
